Anat Barak
Anat Barak is the co-founder and Director of Rehabilitation Services at FunctionAbility.  In this capacity Anat oversees the delivery of FunctionAbility’s clinical services.  She is also responsible for quality control and setting policies related to all clinical aspects of the service.  Prior to founding FunctionAbility Anat was employed by TRI Lyndhurst Centre in the capacity of a Senior Occupational Therapist where she assisted in the rehabilitation of clients suffering from spinal cord injuries.  Throughout her career at Lyndhurst she worked with both inpatients and outpatients.  Anat is active in the community and has delivered in-services for various audiences.  She has also been involved with various non for profit groups and Support Groups including co-facilitating the Mild Brain Injury Support Group at Sunnybrook.  Anat maintains a Status Only appointment at University of Toronto and oversees their summer student rotations at FunctionAbility.

Nick Gurevich
Nick Gurevich is the co-founder and Executive Director of FunctionAbility.  In this capacity he oversees operations and sets the strategic direction of the company.  Prior to founding FunctionAbility, Nick spent over a decade in the Investment Banking and Private Equity sector.  He has completed numerous investments and acquisitions on behalf of a subsidiary of Scotiabank.  While in the financial sector Nick served on the Board of Directors of over a dozen companies.  Currently, Nick serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Society of Toronto (BIST), Member of the ABI Network Advisory Board, Member of the Finance Committee at the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists (OSOT) and a founding member of the Alliance of Community Medical and Rehabilitation Providers.  In the community Nick is involved with the Hospital for Sick Children Leaders Program and acts as a mentor for students at York University's Schulich School of Business.

Matilda Amos
Matilda Amos is the Regional Director of Clinical Services in Ottawa. FunctionAbility began servicing the Ottawa region in 2010, and Matilda is responsible for ensuring leadership and quality of clinical services there. Matilda was born in Ottawa and grew up in the nation’s capital. She is a member of the Brain Injury Association of the Ottawa Valley, Ontario Society of OT and the American Society of OT. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Queen’s University, and completed a Masters of Clinical Health Science in OT at McMaster University. Matilda has extensive experience as a senior community therapist, collaborating with numerous rehabilitation teams. She has provided services for clients with catastrophic neurological and complex orthopaedic injury. She has a special interest in brain injury and mental health, with significant education and experience in cognitive rehabilitation and community integration with school aged children and adults. She has been a preceptor for the U of T, guest lectured at Humber College and facilitated the SocialAbility group for youth with mild brain injury. In the past, she has also worked in the public sector with COTA Health treating clients experiencing mental illness, ABI, geriatric mental health, and addressing home safety and mobility issues with clients experiencing physical disability.
